AJKA CRYSTAL GLASS REPLACEMENT SERVICE

Ajka Cased Crystal Wine Glasses Are you looking to replace a single glass for your Ajka Crystal set?  Then you have come to the right place. 

Anyone interested in ordering an AJKA CRYSTAL replacement glass, please contact us with (1) the glass(es) you want to order - pattern, color, etc., (2) a phone number for contact if we have any questions, and (3) your shipping zip code so we can calculate the shipping costs from Lawton, OK to your location.  Your name and contact information will then be placed on our waiting list.

Once we believe we have enough glasses to meet the 6 piece minimum that Ajka Crystal requires, we will contact each individual on the waiting list.  If you are not ready to place the order at that time, the entire order may be delayed for all individual persons participating in the special order.

Once we know how many and which glasses will be included in the special order, we will contact Ajka Crystal to confirm those glasses are in stock and available for shipment.  Once confirmation is received, we will calculate the cost of each glass, set up a special payment page for each person on our website for that amount and notify them via email with a link to their personal item payment page on our website.

Remember we offer a secure shopping cart, and all credit and debit cards are processed through our Verified PayPal Merchant account. If you do not want to use our shopping cart on line you can call us with your credit card information. If you do not want to use a credit or debit card, you can mail us a check or money order for the exact amount of your order.  Checks/money orders need to be made payable to PICK MY GIFT and must be for the exact amount.  Any checks/money order received for any amount over the exact amount will be returned to the sender.

Assuming that all persons are still interested in making their purchase of a replacement glass, this process of setting up the pages, collecting payment, submitting the order, receiving the order, repacking each piece and shipping to each individual, etc. should take about 2-3 weeks time. HOWEVER, should any glass arrive at our office broken, the wrong color, pattern, or style, there will be a delay until Ajka Crystal corrects them - thus creating a delay. Once the correct glass is received by us, we will ship it to you.

NOTE: Once we submit the order to Ajka Crystal and they have received payment for the replacement glasses and/or the glasses have been shipped to our office, we will NOT accept cancellations of the order or provide refunds. YOU WILL GET THE GLASS YOU ORDERED. Please be sure that you are ordering the correct glass prior to making payment.

If any individual is no longer interested in purchasing the replacement glass(es) at the time of contact, that is okay, just please LET US KNOW because a special order to Ajka is dependent on having the minimum of 6 pieces to order at the same time or no one will get their glasses until we do.

How Price of Glass is Calculated:

The base price of the glass is set by Ajka Crystal.  The cost of the import shipping from Ajka Crystal in Hungary to Pick My Gift in Lawton, Oklahoma will be divided equally by the number of glasses in the order and added to the base price of each glass.  This is usually between $7.00 to $9.00 PER GLASS, depending on the number of glasses and the total weight of the package.

The cost of shipping from Lawton, Oklahoma to the recipient based on UPS Ground, Insured and SIGNATURE REQUIRED will be calculated based on the zip code and city provided in the contact information.  This is anywhere between $15.00 to $20.00, depending on the zone they live in.  We then then add a $4.00 materials charge for the individual box and packing material to re-pack each glass order. 

NOTE:  DUE TO HIGHTENED SECURITY FROM INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS - SHIPMENTS FROM HUNGARY MAY BE DELAYED AT US CUSTOMS LONGER THAN IN THE PAST.  PLEASE ALLOW FOR THIS EXTRA TIME FOR THE SHIPPING PROCESS.
